Your role will involve building and inspiring a dedicated team, solving challenges swiftly, and representing the business within the community.Here's what we need from you:

• 5+ years of experience as a hotel General Manager
• Conference center management expertise
• Food and beverage management experience
• Proven success in P&L management
• 4-year degree in a relevant field
