Job Description:
A company is looking for an Outpatient Mental Health Therapist,
fully remote in Colorado.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide services to
older adults
Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches to develop and update
treatment plans
Document services in compliance with Medicare guidelines and
provide group and individual therapy
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:
Must be licensed in Social Work or Counseling in the state of
Colorado
Licenses may include LCSW, LPC, LPCC, or LMFT
Commitment to enhancing the quality of life for patients
Successful completion of a full background check is required
Experience in mental health therapy is preferred
