Job Description:
A company is looking for an Operations Coordinator - Accounts
Payable.
Key Responsibilities:
Research and resolve discrepancies with external and intercompany
invoices
Review and correct direct batches for invoice discrepancies
Assist in managing old vendor debits and communicate with branches
and vendors
Required Qualifications:
Self-motivated and goal-oriented
Ability to effectively multi-task
Strong organizational and time management skills
Competency in Microsoft Excel
Experience with the Trilogie system is a plus
