Part Time position working from 7pm - 1am, Mon - Fri. at our Brigham City Location. Up to 29.5 hours weekly. Primary Duties The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and ability required. • Performs supervisory tasks at assigned location to include, but is not limited to; establishing work standards, work schedules, attendance of employees, quality assurance checks, and provides training of employees.
• Coordinates with Rehab to provide supports for employees who are lacking in skills or need additional training.
• Performs annual performance evaluations to include any disciplinary action/corrections.
• Responsible for maintaining and executing the goals and objectives of the Brigham City contract requirements.
• Manage functions in relation to employees time and attendance.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.Additional Responsibilities
  • Handles worker compensation according to internal procedures, including documentation of the incident, arranging transportation of the employee to medical facility for treatment.
  • Establishes and maintains effective working relationships.
  • Report any customer concerns to Project Manager.
  • Attend weekly meetings as assigned.
  • Participates in the ordering of custodial toiletries, chemicals and equipment.
  • Conducts frequent training on job duties, proper chemical handling, equipment usage and maintenance.
  • Maintains detailed records of work performed and completed.
  • Provides input to leadership in constructing work routes of daily tasks for employees.Qualifications: Education, Experience and Certification(s)
    • High school diploma or general equivalency degree (GED) required.
    • Two years of previous experience working as a PARC custodian is required.
    • Prior experience working with adults with disabilities preferred.
    • Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.
    • Valid driver's license and/or access to reliable transportation to perform work-related travel required. Eligible drivers must have a good motor vehicle record (MVR).
    • Pass and maintain Brigham City site background security clearance through the Bureau of Criminal Investigation. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

      • Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints.
      • Must be familiar with Microsoft Office.
      • Must possess the ability to become familiar with corporate-specific programs and software.
