Job Description:
A company is looking for a Part-Time ASC Coder (Remote based in
the US).
Key Responsibilities
Provide accurate and CCI compliant CPT and ICD-10 diagnosis coding
for 1800-2200 cases per month
Field questions from clients by researching authoritative sources
and providing accurate answers
Manage time efficiently to consistently meet 24-48-hour coding
turnaround deadlines
Required Qualifications and Education
Coding Certification from AAPC or AHIMA (e.g., CPC, COC, CASSC,
CCS)
General Excel knowledge
Minimum of 3 years of coding experience for an ASC
Completion of AAPC PractiCode course may be accepted as equivalent
to 1 year of coding experience
High School Diploma/GED required
