Job Description:
A company is looking for a Small-Balance Collector to manage
debt recovery tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Make a minimum of 80 outbound/inbound calls to debtors
Negotiate payment arrangements and create urgency for non-paying
debtors
Collaborate with Client Support Representatives to resolve
disputes
Required Qualifications:
Preferred experience in collections, sales, telemarketing, customer
service, or call center roles
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong computer
skills
Basic math and writing skills
Experience with SalesForce.com is a plus
Dependability and strong work ethics
