Job Description:
A company is looking for a Reserve Studies Analyst specializing
in structural integrity assessments for condominiums and
high-rises.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct site inspections and remote assessments of structural
components
Prepare and update reserve studies focusing on structural integrity
and funding requirements
Collaborate with stakeholders and provide detailed reports with
actionable recommendations
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, engineering, or a related
field
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in conducting structural integrity
reserve studies
Strong knowledge of structural engineering concepts and financial
analysis
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with reserve study
software
Knowledge of state/local reserve funding regulations and structural
standards for high-rises
