• 401k plan with company match PURPOSE OF POSITION: A Level I Maintenance Technician is responsible for making minor repairs and performing basic maintenance items for buildings and equipment.
  
  RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Assist level II and III technicians as needed
  • Paint, stain, and sand the interior and exterior of buildings
  • Basic lubrication of motors and equipment (performed under supervision)
  • Belt adjustments and changes on mechanical equipment (performed under supervision)
  • Complete daily work orders containing hours worked and materials used with a description of each job done
  • Other duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS:
    • Must be 18 years old
    • Able to work in close quarters, from heights or in underground enclosures
    • Able to work competently with basic hand tools
    • Must be physically capable of lifting, maneuvering, positioning, removing, and installing heavy items
    • Must be able to access various components located on any portion of a piece of equipment (on top, bottom, inside, behind, etc.)
    • Must be able to travel through snow to reach a building or piece of equipment with tools and materials necessary to complete the job
    • Possess a valid driver's license and clean driving record DATES OF EMPLOYMENT:
